Maha Shivaratri Fire Ceremony

Maha Shivaratri is celebrated in our school each year and is usually a time for amazing blessings and transformation.
When we have the opportunity to come together and perform a sacred ceremony we open our hearts to greater love, deeper peace and clarity about life and the part that we play. During this sacred fire we will chant the names of Shiva and connect deeply with nature and this transformational energy.
Sponsorship
It is wonderful for everyone but when we have the grace to sponsor a puja this giving allows us to receive in a profound and beautiful way.
If you attend in person or pay for postage you will receive:
• teirtum (blessed water) – local and overseas
• prasad (fruit & nuts or a blessed crystal) – local only
Sponsorship is available – $180
If you are watching online you can place offerings such as milk or food and have them blessed during the ceremony. It is recommended that you light a candle or ghee lamp, offer flowers from your garden if you can and participate as if you were with us in person, because in truth energetically you are.
