For those attending in-person at the Harmony Centre you are welcome to bring lunch to share in community, following the ceremony. Your food will be blessed during the ceremony to be consumed as prasad. The fire is preceded at 10.30am by a Dharma teaching on surrender and grace. Or stay on after lunch for a sound bath and meditation with Ananda Muktananda.
