Imagine you’ve been through a bad time, maybe you’ve been sick, maybe people have been treating you badly and your spirit gets turned down. Instead of blazing like the sun like it’s meant to, it shines like a candle. It’s dim and everything just looks like twilight all the time. Imagine living in perpetual twilight.
That’s what it’s like when we lose our spirit. But the good news is the spirit is never gone, it’s just buried beneath things that we’d be better off without.
Part of learning to ignite our spirit is learning what to let go of.
What ideas do I need to let go of?
Are there toxic relationships that I need to let go of?
Do I need to let go of ideas, ways that I talk, eat, do things, habits from the past?
It’s my joy to help people ignite their spirit, so they can blaze like they were born to!
