Lessons we can we learn from adversity

With COVID, what we thought on March would be a sprint, turned out to be a marathon – and it seems like it’s going to still take a while until we’ll be able to get out of the semi-lockdown and resume our connection to the rest of the world.

So far, there are some that have enjoyed this lockdown situation, catching up on stuff they couldn’t find the time to do before because of maybe a busy schedule or other things that got in their way. For others, though, the isolation, the lack of connection with their friends, the inability to go outside and enjoy their favorite activities, are pretty hard to handle.

So what lesson can we learn from this adversity and how can we turn it into opportunities?

In this episode of Soul Talk:

In episode #91 Shakti Durga takes a look at the meaning of the words isolation, solitude, and connection, in terms of COVID – and what we can do to make sure we finish this marathon safe, sane, and happier than ever before. The solution she’s giving lays in the power to give and the power to commit, which she explains in this episode.

So tune in, and take a listen to learn how to better cope with the situation we’re all going through.
