Facing our Vulnerability
This year has been very dramatic, throwing at us pandemics, bushfires, storms and floods, and many adversities that cause a lot of stress to people all over the world. And sometimes, even if we don’t experience any of these hardships personally, we can still pick up all the negative emotions that float around.
Whether we’re trying to heal our bodies, learn new things, open to love, or simply relax, it’s very hard to do those things when we’re really stressed, uptight, and tense – and just the way we use our breath can be very good to just let go of some of that tension.
