What’s Going on in your Unconscious?

What’s going on in your unconscious?

Well you’re not going to know until it begins to show up in your life. But guess where your unconscious is before it hits the physical dimension of your life? Your energy body!

Did you know that every conversation you’ve ever had, every emotion you’ve ever experienced and everything that’s happened to you in your life, good and bad is sitting in your energy field?

Here are some simple and quick ways to clear away negative energy:

Salt Baths
Salt is very purifying and dissolves negative energy, this is why we usually feel better after a swim at the beach. If you don’t have easy access to the beach or prefer a bath, throw a handful of salt into your bath.

Coffee Baths
Coffee helps destroy negative energy. Throw a tablespoon of instant coffee into your bath and see how amazing you feel. You can also add some salt for the ultimate purifying combination. If you are sensitive to caffeine, make sure you try this early in the day the first time you do it.

Eat Less Meat
A vegetarian diet is the best for clean energy. Fish and poultry are lighter in energy and red meat can exacerbate anger. Pork and crustaceans have particularly dirty energy so best to avoid them if you want the energy of lightness and joy.

Exercise
When we sweat during exercise, negative energy leaves us. It is also particularly helpful when we are experiencing anger and frustration.

Being Around Positive People
The energy of people with positive energy pulls us into their positive vibes and in some cases can negate negative energy we have.

Meditation
Purifying meditations in particular have the effect of clearing out negativity.

Good luck with your purification regime!
